In 2020 I continued working on my “Askew” paintings, a series of architectural details with a skewed perspective enhanced by my interpretations using invented color and pattern. I am just getting ready to complete “Askew #100”, an 8’x8′ painting in 8 panels, bolted together. Since the 2020 calendar ended with “Askew #69”, I must have completed 31 paintings this year. The work has been in a number of shows in 2020, including two shows in NYC, one at The Painting Center and one at Simon|Garvey Gallery. In addition, I credit this series with successful submissions to numerous shows around Arizona.

The calendar is 8″x16” with the top half displaying one of my paintings and the bottom half, the calendar. Major US holidays are shown with space for you to note your important dates too.
